# Can I unsubscribe from the welcome email sent after registration?

For the first nine days after your registration, we send welcome emails to introduce you to Spir's features. If you find these emails bothersome, you can stop their delivery by following these steps:

### **How to Change Opt-Out Settings**

1. Click the **"Unsubscribe" link** at the bottom of any **welcome email** you've received. \* Search for emails from Spir with the title "【Spir】"

1. Once you see the screen below in your browser, the settings are updated.

Following these steps will stop the delivery of system notifications from Spir.

*Note: Only onboarding emails will be stopped. Emails concerning essential scheduling confirmations and other system-critical information will continue to be sent.*
