At what point is the URL for the web conference issued?

For web conferences (Google Meet/Zoom) organized on Spir, the URL is issued when the event is created and when the date and time are confirmed.

*URLs for web conferences will not be issued for scheduling and group polls while they are being adjusted.

*URLs for Teams cannot be created at this time.
