Check a team member’s availability
You can consolidate schedules from multiple team members' accounts. Each entry is appropriately protected based on the permissions set by the members.
- Team members are displayed at the bottom of the calendar list on the left side of the Spir interface.
- Selecting the checkmark in the calendar list displays schedules in the calendar view on the right side.
- You can choose On/Off for each calendar, including your own and linked calendars.
- Schedules from other calendars appear in different colors based on the members. When a member links multiple calendars, the display of schedules varies depending on the sharing settings, either "Share all events" or "Share availabilities only."
