Dec 4, 2025 - Issue with Email Notifications Not Being Sent, etc. (Resolved)

On December 4, 2025, an issue occurred where emails from Spir (such as booking confirmations and cancellations) were not sent. The issue is now resolved, and the service is operating normally.

During the time above, the following automated email notifications from Spir were not delivered.

  • Note: Only the notification emails confirmed to have failed are listed below.

  • Note: Notification emails not listed here were sent normally.

  • For Meetings: Schedule confirmations, cancellations, and calendar synchronizations were processed normally. No action is required regarding the schedules themselves.

  • For Account Registration: Users who attempted to register during the affected time are kindly requested to try the registration process again.
