Can double bookings be prevented?

Spir is equipped with measures to prevent double bookings even if multiple events are being scheduled at the same time.

 

If the candidate date and time of a particular schedule overlaps with a confirmed event or an event newly created on Spir, the overlapping dates and times are automatically deleted.

Note 1: Measures to prevent double booking will not be activated for new events created on Google Calendar or Outlook and events to which you are invited by a third party, even if they overlap with candidate dates and times.

Note 2: Measures to prevent double bookings can only be activated for scheduling and cannot be used for group polls and templates.
