Notice of service outage (March 14, 2026)

From Saturday, March 14, 2026, 19:00 to 25:00 (Asia/Tokyo), we will perform system maintenance and all Spir services will be temporarily unavailable. During this period, you will not be able to log in to the website, view or edit schedules (including embedded schedules), or receive reminder emails.

We will be conducting system maintenance during the period below. During the maintenance window, all Spir features will be unavailable. Please note that Spir for Agent is not affected by this maintenance and will remain available as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

End time may vary depending on the progress of the work.

Scope of impact

During the maintenance window, all functionality will be unavailable, including:

  • Logging in to the Spir website

    You will not be able to log in or perform any actions on the website.

  • Viewing and editing scheduling pages

    Scheduling URLs and scheduling pages embedded on websites will not be displayed during the maintenance period, and new events cannot be accepted.

  • Emails

    Reminder emails scheduled to be sent during the maintenance window will be temporarily paused. After maintenance is complete, any unsent emails will be sent sequentially, except if the scheduled start time has already passed when the maintenance ends.

What happens if you access Spir during maintenance

If you access the Spir website or a scheduling page during the maintenance window, you will be automatically redirected to a dedicated page indicating that the service is under maintenance.
