What happens when my free trial ends?

You may have limits on how many members and templates you can have in your team. You won’t be charged unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

If you subscribed to a paid plan

Your new plan will start automatically when your free trial ends.

If you have no more than 3 team members and 3 templates

The free plan will be selected automatically when your free trial ends. You won’t be able to add more than 3 team members or create more than 3 templates.

If you have more than 3 team members or 3 templates

Your team will be temporarily paused. You can subscribe to a paid plan or adjust your usage and select the free plan.

Subscribing to a paid plan

1. Go to Team settings > Team Plan.

2. Select a suitable plan. Only plans that fit your team size (including pending invites) will be available to select.

Continuing with the free plan

1. You will need to adjust your usage to no more than 3 team members and 3 templates.

   1. Removing team members  1. Go to Team settings > Members. 2. Click on the three dots, then Remove.

   2. Removing templates 1. Go to Templates. 2. Click on the three dots, then Delete.

2. Go to Team settings > Team Plan, then select the free plan.
