Resources added to Spir can be used as the meeting room for a template
Setting the meeting room
- Add the meeting room (which is a resource) in Team settings > Resources.
Add a resource or a meeting room - Click Add room or resource, then select the meeting room you want to set.
- The meeting room is now set. The template will show times when both the attendees and the meeting room are available.
Set priorities among multiple meeting rooms (OR method)
You can add multiple meeting rooms to a template and set priorities among them, so that the best meeting room is chosen for each event.
- Select the meeting rooms you want to add to the template. You can select up to 5.
- Set the priority for each meeting room.
- Now when an event is created with this template, its meeting room will be automatically chosen based on the availabilities and priorities of the meeting rooms.
