Automatic candidate extraction refers to a feature that automatically extracts all available times from the calendars displayed.
How automatic candidate extraction works
- Available time slots for people/conference rooms displayed on the calendar are extracted.
Effective November 27, 2025 (JST), the criteria for determining availability for Busy (All day) events will be revised as follows.
Configuring conditions
You can customize the following conditions for the automatic candidate extractions.
- Meeting time
- Calendars that consider schedules
- Day and time slot
- Start date
- Duration
- Time before and after an event
- Time zone settings
- Holidays to exclude from candidates
*You can save frequently used conditions for “Meeting times” and “Calendars that consider schedules.”
