Only team administrators can make changes.
Start by selecting the team icon displayed in the top right corner within the Spir service.
To Change the Paid Plan
- Choose the “Team plan” menu.
- Select the desired plan. Please note, if the current number of members (including pending invites) exceeds the plan's limit, changes cannot be made.
To Cancel the Paid Plan
- Within the Spir service, click on the team icon shown in the top right corner.
- From Team Settings, select the “Billing” menu.
- Click on the button to review payment information.
- On the opened page in a separate tab, choose to cancel the plan.
Minimum contract period
The paid plan operates on a monthly subscription basis without a minimum commitment period.
Cancellation is available at any time, yet if canceled mid-term, it will take effect at the end of the subscription period. Refunds or reimbursements are not applicable under these circumstances.
