Multiple participants can vote on their preferred time slots, and you have the final say in confirming the schedule. ### Scheduling by suggesting times 　 1. Select **group polls** under schedule types. Enter the required information including the title and duration of the meeting. 4. The candidates are automatically extracted and displayed on the calendar when the event is created. The extraction conditions can be changed by clicking on **“Auto suggest”.** 5. Drag directly from the calendar to add or delete candidates. 6. Click on “Save” after adjusting your preferred candidates. 7. Those who receive the URL can choose their preferred slots from a list or calendar to confirm the appointment for the event.
