👋 Let's start by utilizing "Share Availability from Templates," used by over 90% of users!
- While Spir offers multiple scheduling methods, we strongly recommend newcomers start by utilizing “Share Availability from Templates”. (In fact, over 90% of our users utilize this feature.)
-
- Templates allows you to share the latest available schedule that matches your set conditions via URL. Your guests can confirm scheduling by simply selecting from the latest available time slots.
-
- It's reusable, significantly reducing the effort required for recurring schedule proposals.
2. Create Templates
- By specifying your preferences, you can create a Share Availability from Templates proposing the latest suitable dates and times.
- If you're unsure about setting specifics, feel free to use the general items we've prepared.

Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help - Open the Template URL and register an event.
4. Block your time
- Templates streamlines scheduling, but ensure you block personal time (lunch, walks, etc.) in your calendar beforehand to maintain control. (This emphasizes the action and uses active voice)
- Schedule your unavailable times in advance in your Google Calendar or other platforms to automatically exclude them from Template URL suggestions, maximizing your productivity.

- After blocking off your calendar, recheck your Templates.
