👋 Let's start by utilizing "Share Availability from Templates," used by over 90% of users!

  • While Spir offers multiple scheduling methods, we strongly recommend newcomers start by utilizing “Share Availability from Templates”. (In fact, over 90% of our users utilize this feature.)
      • Templates allows you to share the latest available schedule that matches your set conditions via URL. Your guests can confirm scheduling by simply selecting from the latest available time slots.
      • It's reusable, significantly reducing the effort required for recurring schedule proposals.

    2. Create Templates

    • By specifying your preferences, you can create a Share Availability from Templates proposing the latest suitable dates and times.
    • If you're unsure about setting specifics, feel free to use the general items we've prepared.

Private Title: 60-minute Online External Meeting
Public Title for the Opponent: Meeting (60 mins)
    Description:
    Attendees: None specified
    Day and Time: 9:00 to 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
    Duration: 60 minutes
※ Other items remain as default

    3. Check how it looks to invitees

    • Once you've created Templates, copy the URL from the Share Availability URL page and send it to your guests for scheduling.
    • As a trial, we recommend testing how it appears yourself. Please note, it may not display correctly when opened in your own browser, so consider using Incognito mode.
      1. Copy the Template URL.
      2. Open your browser in Incognito Mode and paste the URL.

      3. Open the Template URL and register an event.

    4. Block your time

    • Templates streamlines scheduling, but ensure you block personal time (lunch, walks, etc.) in your calendar beforehand to maintain control. (This emphasizes the action and uses active voice)
    • Schedule your unavailable times in advance in your Google Calendar or other platforms to automatically exclude them from Template URL suggestions, maximizing your productivity.

    • After blocking off your calendar, recheck your Templates.
